Program Terms
The reward is given after the referred friend successfully closes a property transaction (buying or selling) with Parker Coulter Realty. The referred property transaction must be officially closed and all associated fees paid in full before the referral reward is disbursed. There is no limit to the number of referrals an individual can make. However, a referred friend can only be referred once. If a referred friend is referred by multiple people, the reward will be given to the first referrer.
