Program Terms
Refer a friends, family member, or colleague and both parties will receive a $250 prepaid visa within 7 business days after the successful signing of a lease within the Deercrest of Antioch community. To qualify, referees must not already be working with us (i.e. no guest card on file). Moda Homes reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this referral program at any time without prior notice.
